Update on the welcome party

Below directly cited from the USENET News group:

EC 2007 Announces:

Welcoming Party!

Where: "Kalle Glader" party venue (will be marked on a map on the EC website)
When: Thursday August 2. From 18:00-02:00 (yes, the organisers needa to sleep from time to time)
Cost: 60 SEK, paid at the door
Pre-registration: Send an e-mail to aek[at]student[dot]chalmers[dot]se and you will have the organisers eternal respect (happy organisers means less DQ's)
What do you get: Access to the venue (which sadly costs us alot), 1 booster for our awesome Duffin Draft tournament that will take place at the party, and hopefully some Gothenburg playgroup sponsored snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (i.e softdrinks etc)
What do you bring: Anything edible, drinkable and vtes cards for casual games
What are you allowed to do: Play vtes, do some drinking, have some fun, meet the players in attendance
What are you not allowed to do: Being too drunk and obnoxious, smoke inside the location, not listen to the organisers when they tell you to do or not do something, annoy me when I finally get off work and not having fun

Recommended food to bring: Anything that is easy to share, doesn't require cooking and doesn't make a mess I have to clean up at 2 am.
Recommended drink to bring: Anything alcoholic (other stuff is also allowed to ofcourse :)). I recommend bringing hard liquor from whatever country you come from (only norway beats sweden in prices of hard liquor). Beer and wine are ok priced and can be bought at Systembolaget, the Swedish liquor store. A map of where the closest Systembolaget to the party will be on the EC site shortly.

Closest tram stop: Kapellplatsen (will also be marked on a map on the EC website). EC organisers will meet up here every half an hour from 18 till 23 and help you get to the location of the party. If you arrive later than 23 e-mail me for my phone number.

Other info (including info on the Duffin draft tourney) will be added to the website once I've had some time to be creative and come up with other fun stuff.
